A graduate in Hotel, Management and Tourism studies (University of Ulster) Patricia is a former Hotel General Manager with over 12years experience with international hotel chains in London.

Hotel Management & Consultancy Experience

Previously, Patricia worked in the Hotel Industry culminating in senior management roles such as

Sales & Marketing & PR, Rooms & Revenue, and ultimately Hotel Manager with Le Meredien, an

International Hotel chain.

In this role she had responsibility for 300 staff achieving budget of over £12 million per year and

produced high executive team performance through coaching and facilitating. She secured a reputation for managing teams effectively and creating a motivational

environment.

Her strong business background in conjunction with excellent management, leadership and

planning skills have been enhanced further through acquiring lecturing and coaching skills.

Her enormous practical business experience in this dynamic industry has proved exceptionally

beneficial in lecturing to Hotel Management students.
